Our hourly rate for coaching is between $85 to $140/ hour, depending on your organization's overall budget and budget for the project. We can find an hourly rate that works best for you. You are only billed for time spent on our project.

Please note that the estimated hour project includes not just direct coaching time, but also the hours spent on prep/ research/ training development/ and more to make the coaching as impactful as possible.
