Coaching Packages
Mini but Mighty - 4 Coaching Calls - Package (new offering in Fall 2024):
After an initial free 20-minute free management coaching session, we partner together and schedule four coaching calls over zoom on the timeline which is best for you.
In this time, we’ll make significant progress on 1 to 2 of the challenges you are facing as a manager through training around key management principles in this area, troubleshooting, workshopping your challenges, providing you with useful tools, and setting a clear plan before our next call.
This package doesn’t include any observation on our end, but billing will include a half hour in addition to each call to allow for prep time and follow-up, bringing the package to 6 hours total for 2 hours of prep and 4 hour-long coaching calls.

Management coaching starter package:
Partner with us for about 10-15 hours of coaching time total over the course of 4 to 6 weeks.
We’ll focus on the areas where you need training and address key challenges.
We’ll make some good progress together, and if you are interested, we can discuss extending our coaching work together.
Standard coaching package:
Partner with us for 20-30 hours of coaching over 6- 10 weeks.
This package would allow more time to work together, which could allow for some observation and intake; more training sessions, and to dig in on more than one challenge together through our coaching work.
Full coaching package:
You would partner with us for 45 to 60 hours of coaching time over 3 to 6 months.
This is the ideal coaching set-up as it allows for a full-cycle approach to coaching and training, including: Initial observation and intake feedback with staff; report back on our findings and challenges we propose working on together, training needed; and ongoing coaching, including direct training on core management skills and tools; observation and intake; providing tools and templates to help with efficiency; and ongoing coaching/ listening sessions, ongoing observation and feedback; problem-solving around your biggest pain points.
